Absolutely charming vintage skirt from about the 1980s or 1990s in cheerful yellow and white gingham check. Very prairie inspired, perfect for a cottage core look. Elastic waist at the back, ruffle hem and lace trim. Label reads: Penny Candy. The size and contents tag is too faded to read, but it feels like a cotton blend and the measurements are below.

Near mint vintage condition. I haven't seen a thing worth noting.

Waist: 30" at rest up to 34" stretched.
Hips: full
Waist to bottom hem: 27"
