Our adorable Snowflakes Holiday dress is very festive for the winter holiday and to bring in the New Year on New Years Eve. 

It features an beautiful blue velvet body and blue satin underskirt with a satin bow with a rhinestone in the center.  Lovely snowflakes are printed on the tulle skirt and the dress comes with a coordinating satin leash.

This dress also feature a built in harness and a d-ring for easy walking.
